The plaintiff in O.S.No.322 of 2019, which she had laid for declaration of title and for other ancillary reliefs, seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of the Suit.

CRP(PD)No.1243 of 2022 kas/dk 2.This Court is plainly not aware as to the volume of work the II Additional Sub Court, Villupuram has, however, given the urgency expressed, this Court directs the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Villupuram to expedite the disposal of the Suit in O.S.No.322 of 2019 as early as possible, preferably by December - 2022.

3.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs.
