When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case in Crime No.3 of 2010 on the file of the 1st respondent police was completed and final report was also filed in C.C.No.267 of 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi. As a matter of fact, according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, after full trial, the petitioner was acquitted by the trial court on 12.09.2014 itself.
