Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court by order dated 06.11.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.6726 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11669 of 2020 That the petitioner shall report before the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District. on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6726 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11669 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC in Crime No.17 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He also submitted that charge sheet has been filed and also numbered as PRC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on each and every hearing. This petition is ordered.
