ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 1998 in Crime No.244 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are relatives. Due to family dispute, the petitioner came to the defacto complainant's house and harassed the defacto complainant and her sister. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the earlier petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by this Court on 27.02.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.5354 of 2019 and prays to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this is the 6th petition and the 5th petition was dismissed by this Court on 27.02.2019, on the ground that the petitioner has sexually assaulted the de facto complainant.

5. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and also that there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
