CRIME NO.1919/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the above condition to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30a.m. in Crl.MP.No.2011/2021 in Crl.OP.No.19100/2020 order dated 25.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.GEETHA RANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2011 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19100 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 489 B, 489 C of IPC in Crime No.1919 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
