Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to accept, register and return the Settlement Deed dated 22.10.2019 to the petitioner in respect of property measuring an extent of 72 cents in Survey No.77/5 and 77/6 of T.Edayar Village, Tirukovilur Taluk, Villupuram District without insisting on no objection letter for registration from the 2nd respondent.
