/ 2 / men, agents, servants or anyone claiming through them from in any manner releasing the Tamil Feature film titled Manmadha Leelai" for viewing by the public in any format, mode, medium or manner including by way of theatrical exhibition, through the television network, in the Over the Top platform (OTT) through the internet medium etc, for viewing in mobile phones, computers or television screens or any other such devices. This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Mr.T.Sai Krishnan, learned counsel on record for applicant, on instructions, brings to the notice of this Court that the theoretical release of the Tamil feature film titled 'Manmadha Leelai' has not happened today as scheduled. This submission is recorded.
