The suit has been filed for damages on account of the alleged infringement of copyright of the plaintiff. The defendants 1 to 3, 5 and 6 are having their office at Chennai, whereas the 4th defendant's office is at New Delhi, which is outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Under those circumstances, this application has been filed seeking leave to sue the 4th respondent.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.

4. Registry is also directed to print the names of Mr.K.Harishankar as learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 / Caveator; Mr.Arun C.
