ORDER
The petitioners / A1 & A2, who apprehend arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(2) and 318(4) of BNS in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.40 of 2025 and an FIR has not been registered.
3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioners' appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioners.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
