a) Declaring that the decision taken at the Executive Committee Meeting dated 23.06.2017 and recorded in the minutes of the Meeting dated 24.06.2017 in so far as is relates to Agenda 9 a - Any other subject with the prior permission of the chair a) Roles & Responsibilities and accountability of the Secretary In-charge, as illegal, null and void and not binding on the plaintiff, b) Of Permanent Injunction restraining the President, Tamilnadu Basketball Association from interfering with the independent functioning of the Secretary or Secretary-in-charge except upon any specific direction of the General Body of the Association, c) Directing the Defendants to pay the costs of the suit.
