(CRIM NO.178/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police station on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.6979/2020 in Crl.OP.No.12588/2020 dated 15.12.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BHAGAWAT KRISHNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL.P, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6979 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12588 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 448, 506(II) of IPC r/w Sec. 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.178 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
