ORDER

The learned counsel for the Plaintiff vehemently opposed this Court not to receive the additional written statement that is sought to be filed by the defendants 1 & 2. 2.The first defendant had filed a counter claiming to the suit and the newly impleaded defendant had been permitted to file her written statement even to the counter claim made by the first defendant.

3.It is the case of the first defendant that certain allegations have been made against the first defendant on the counter claim filed by the newly impleaded fourth defendant. In such view of the matter, I do not find any impediment in allowing the application to file additional written statement.

4.Delay is condoned and the additional written statement is directed to be taken on record.
