The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 09.12.2012. Admittedly, the writ petitioner had accepted punishment imposed by the department on 15.07.2006.
2. The petitioner had not preferred any appeal challenging the order of punishment imposed by the disciplinary authority. The amount of punishment also had been recovered from the benefits of the writ petitioner. Now after a lapse of about 7 years, the present writ petition has been filed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner. The writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner had already accepted the punishment and the amount also had been recovered. This being the factum of the case, the present writ petition filed to consider the representation after a lapse of about 7 years cannot be entertained.
