This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 1297 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case was registered for the offence under section 294(b), 323, 448, 506(i) of IPC and the investigation is pending.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 1297 of 2017 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
