This petition is filed to condone the delay of 228 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Ms.T.Gayathri, the learned counsel, who is representing Mr.C.Kulanthaivel, submitted that Mr.C.Kulanthaivel, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and the respondents 1 to 3 have no objection in allowing the petition.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 228 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. 24.02.2021 kj Note: Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.C.Kulanthaivel, as the counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 at the time of admission.
