ORDER

The petitioners herein, who are the accused 1 and 2 in Crime No.6 of 2010 on the file file of the first respondent police, filed this petition to quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2019 has been completed and the same has been closed as mistake of fact, thereafter, RCS.No.8 of 2020 has also been filed on 12.10.2020, before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore.

3. Since the investigation in Crime NO.6 of 2019 has already been closed as mistake of fact, nothing survives for further adjudication in the quash petition.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
