The petitioner filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.7925 of 2025 seeking reinvestigation and this Court vide order dated 10.06.2025 allowed the same directing the 1 / 3

respondent to conduct re-investigation and to file fresh final report. Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that as ordered by this Court, re-investigation conducted and fresh Final Report has been filed and the same has also taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.59 of 2026 by the learned Principal District Judge, Special Court for SC/ST cases, Ranipet.
