ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in Cont.P.No.2096 of 2013 in W.P.No.8514 of 2012 dated 07.11.2013, the writ petitioner has preferred this contempt petition.

2.The only issue that arises for consideration herein is as to whether the petitioner is entitled to get interest for the belated payment made by the respondent. 3.A perusal of the order passed in the writ petition would show that the said issue has not been considered by this Court.

4.Therefore, this Court finds no wilful disobedience of the order of this Court. Accordingly, this Contempt petition is dismissed, however, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy including interest by filing a separate writ petition, if he is so advised.
