Heard Mr. P.Rajavelayutham, Learned Counsel for the First and Second Respondents, Mr. S.Sivakumar, Learned Counsel for the Third and Fourth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

There is no representation for the Petitioner and the Fifth Respondent when the matter is called at 12.15 p.m. today. 3.

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to conduct enquiry on the representation dated 10.11.2018 made by the Petitioner to the First Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the First and Second Respondents states that after conducting enquiry on 22.11.2019, orders have been passed by the First 2/5

Respondent on the said representation made by the Petitioner in Proceedings in Rc.No.7956/IE-1/2018 dated 23.03.2020 and its copy has been placed on record.

In view of the aforesaid action taken, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, she is not precluded from working out her rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
