The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

This Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the matter which is purely civil in nature and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.
