2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that order and direction issued by the Court dated 12.01.2010 has been complied with, but there is a slight variation in the amount claimed by the petitioner. 3.If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to make appropriate representation to the second respondent. 4.With the above liberty and direction, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
