This petition is filed to permit the petitioner G.Parvathy Kutty, W/o. Late G.Selvaraj, residing at No.69/24, Ramakrishnapuram Street, Pollachi 642 001 to be substituted as a legal representative in the place of the deceased writ petitioner viz., G.Selvaraj in the above Writ Petition No.16648 of 2019.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the Writ Petition and list the matter on 13.04.2022.
