ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the second respondent dated 01.03.2024 and the consequential order passed by the third respondent dated 08.03.2024 thereby posting the fourth respondent as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, A. Sekkarapatty, Dharmapuri District.

The petitioner was appointed in the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon at Neruppur, Dharmapuri District. Subsequently, he was transferred to A.Sekkarapatti, Dharmapuri District and he was working as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon from 12.02.2014. While being so, the fourth respondent was recruited as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and he was posted in the very same place viz., A.Sekkarapatti,

Dharmapuri District, without transferring the petitioner and without relieving the petitioner in the place of A.Sekkarapatti, Dharmapuri. 3.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 4.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, now produced an order dated 14.03.2024, thereby the fourth respondent recruited to the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and posted in the Papparapatti, Dharmapuri District. 5.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
