The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 07.08.2021 made by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Mr. V. Veluchamy, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the Respondents.

It is the case of the petitioner that he had purchased the properties in Survey Nos.427/3, 422/1 and 427/2 in Koratti Village, Thirupattur District to an extent of 2.22 1⁄2 acres by way of a registered sale deed from his vendor.
