ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.NO.15378 of 2017 dated 19.08.2017.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.Jawaharlal Nehru, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mangalamedu Sub Division, Permbalur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ District/respondent is personally present before this Court
and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the charge sheet has been lodged and taken on file in P.R.C.No.4 of 2018 before the Jurisdictional Court.
