The petitioner has filed this Writ petition seeking direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's objection dated 08.02.2020 prior to granting explosive renewal license to the 4th respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that, the explosives license was renewed in favour of the 4th respondent as early as on 19.11.2020 and prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, which has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
