This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner in CSR No.208/2015 dated 25.05.2015 and to investigate on the complaint of the petitioner in the manner known to law.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 25.05.2015 given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.486 of 2015 for the offences u/s 447 and 506(i) IPC.
