When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has passed an order in Proceedings No.A2/5685/2017 dated 04.10.2017 in purported compliance of the order passed by this Court and has also produced the copy of the proceedings.
