Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to superannuate the petitioner before completion of 60 years of age as per the Regulation 18 (i) of the Code of Regulation of the Matriculation School in Tamilnadu.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to superannuate the petitioner before completion of 60 years of age, as per the Regulation 18 (i) of the Code of Regulation of the Matriculation School in Tamil Nadu.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the interim orders granted by this Court on 28.02.2013, the writ petitioner allowed to serve till 13.04.2015. The petitioner had served till he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

attains 60 years of age.

3. However, the learned counsel for the respondent No.3 brought to the notice of this Court that as per the judgment of Division Bench on (2014) 6 MLJ 647, the age of 58 is fixed for retirement and under these circumstances, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition.
