O R D E R

The petitioner seeks bail in respect of Crime No.69 of 2020 registered against him under Sections 9A, 22 (b), 29 (1), 8 (c), 20 (b)(ii)(B) and 25 of NDPS Act 1985.

2. The petitioner has been arrested on 03.02.2020 for having possession of 11 grams of banned substance namely Methamphetamine and the same has been recovered from the petitioner and the co accused.

3. In view of the same, I do not think that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Earlier bail petition has been dismissed on 06.03.2020 by this Court.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has not yet been completed.

5. In view of the same, this bail petition is dismissed. 15.04.2020 vum
