Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent connected to the issuance of the impugned letter No.M/C.300/LF revision/ Tirumullaivoyil Site-2, dated 21.01.2010 pertaining to the intimation regarding the revision of tariff rates for cycle / scooter parking at Site - 2 Tirumullaivoyil Station and quash the same as prima facie illegal, improper, not in accordance with law against the Principles of natural Justice and opposed to Public Policy and hence a nullity.

2.However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has accepted the tariff fixed by the respondent authority and also paid the same and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
