This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1416 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.9,000/- in C.M.A filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 10.11.2017 made in MACTOP No.16 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - I, Special District Court, Tiruvallur.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am of the view that the petition may be allowed on condition that the petitioners shall pay a cost of Rs.500/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, High Court Building, Chennai. 3.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
