Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the orders issued by the 1st and 3rd respondents in a.a.Nilai No.84 dated 17.05.2011 and G.O.Ms.No.37, Housing and Urban Development (UD3-2) dated 21.02.2012 and quash the same.

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the orders issued by the 1st and 3rd respondents in a.a.Nilai No.84 dated 17.05.2011 and G.O.Ms.No.37, Housing and Urban Development (UD3-2) dated 21.02.2012 and quash the same..

2. When the matter was listed on 16.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 18.08.2021 under the caption https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"for dismissal". Even today i.e. 18.08.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
