Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records of the third respondent in his vide proceedings No.1613/BDFGISSV/2014 dated 29.10.2014, passed by the third respondent and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to produce the Detenu Ashok @ Ashok Kumar, aged about 29 years, S/o.Chellappan, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and to set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) The petitioner, who is brother of the detenu herein, viz., Ashok @ Ashok Kumar, aged about 29 years, S/o.Chellappan, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the third respondent dated 29.10.2014 against his brother branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Piracy Act 1982 [Act 14 of 1982].
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the detention order as against the detenu has been revoked by the Advisory Board in G.O. [Rt] No.7192 dated 22.12.2014 and the said factum of revocation of detention order is found in the order of the Court below viz. in C.M.P. No.46 of 2015 dated 06.01.2015 on the file of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai. 3.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
