The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondent authority to give permission to conduct the dance programme, at Arulmigu Sri Mariamman, Sri Gangaiamman Temple at Solaiyur Village in Thirupathur Taluk, Jolarpet on 08.07.2016 based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2016.

2. In view of the fact that the cause for the relief is lapsed and not exists, thus no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
