PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of property situated in Old No.7B, 7B/1, New No.15/8, 2nd Street, Madhura Kaladipet, Chinnamettupalayam, Thiruvottiyur Taluk, Chennai 600 019 within the stipulated time by considering petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2018 and pass orders. This writ petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 22.10.2018 and to issue her patta with respect to the subject property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner became entitled to the property of her husband, after his demise on 17.01.2015. The petitioner made a representation to the third respondent seeking for patta. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

3.Heard Mr.K.Balu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 22.10.2018 and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with a copy of the representation dated 22.10.2018 and all the other relevant documents and also a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
