ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the second respondent to revoke the provisional attachment order dated 02.09.2016.

The learned Special Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the provisional attachment order has been confirmed by the appellate authority by an order dated 29.12.2016 in No.635 of 20216. Therefore, nothing survive in this writ petition. 3.

In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
