This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to give police protection on the complaint dated 6th July 2015 and act in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.995 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.995 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
