2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2428 of 2025 on 03.02.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 17.03.2025 vca To The Station House Officer Bahour Police Station, Puducherry District.
