bank from interfering with the banking activities of Applicants /Plaintiffs with the defendant bank. Alternatively, also the Applicants/Plaintiffs pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the defendant bank to permit the Applicants/Plaintiffs to have the account closed with th defendant bank transferred to some other bank so that the Applicants/Plaintiffs activities may not be crippled.

This Original application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Pursuant to the order dated 05.04.2019, the Branch Manager of Karur Vysya Bank, Mylapore Branch, Chennai is present before Court today. He has also filed an affidavit stating that the Bank is willing to permit the applicant to operate its account as usual and the relevant portion in paragraph No.5 of the affidavit reads as follows: ''5. I respectfully submit that the bank had frozen the account only for the above said reason. I further respectfully submit that the respondent bank is willing to permit the Applicant to operate the account as usual in the event of this Hon'ble Court pleased to find that the bank had misinterpreted the order of the SEBI. Our bank is ready to continue the cordial relationship with the applicant as before.''

In view of the same, this application is closed for the present.
