O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant (conviction warrant) issued by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) Ambattur in STC. No.219 of 2016 dated 03.01.2019 and arrest the accused therein and produce him before the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) Ambattur.

2. It is seen that the accused was convicted for an offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) Ambattur in STC. No.219 of 2016 dated 03.01.2019 and to execute the same, the non-bailable warrant (conviction warrant) was also issued as against the accused. But the non-bailable warrant (conviction warrant) was not executed by the respondent from 03.01.2019.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the respondent is directed to execute the non-bailable warrant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(conviction warrant) issued in STC. No.219 of 2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner may also cooperate with the respondent on payment of necessary charges.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition disposed of.
