This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16029 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21244 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16029 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21244 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024 is relaxed. 4.
