This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register the First Information Report based on the complaint dated 13.05.2015 and 4.7.2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent Police, which was forwarded to the 1st respondent Police on 04.7.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that this application has been given to the Hon'ble Chief Minister and Commissioner of Police. This complaint does not disclose the commission of cognizable offence, for the police to investigate. If the petitioner lodges a fresh complaint, disclosing the commission of cognizable offence, before the concerned Station House Officer, same shall be looked into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
