O R D E R

The petitioner herein is aggrieved against her nonselection to the post of Village Librarian in the recruitment process conducted by the second respondent herein.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that earlier, the petitioner had filed a writ petition in W.P.No.33664 of 2012, questioning her non-selection for the same post of Village Librarian and this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, by taking into account of the counter affidavit filed in that writ petition stating that the petitioner was unsuccessful in the interview conducted for the said post, rejected her candidature and accordingly dismissed the writ petition.

3. The cause of action, as well as the relief sought for in the present writ petition, is precisely the same as that of the grievance of the writ petitioner, in the earlier writ petition in W.P.No.33664 of 2012. As such, the present writ petition, on the same cause of action, cannot be maintained.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
