Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.VIJAY ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25763 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25763 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022 is extended till 19.04.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
