(By S.Vaidyanathan,J.) Respondents have filed a Compliance Affidavit, dated 07.07.2023, wherein the relevant Paragraph 11 reads as under :

2. G.O.(D) No.124, dated 30.06.2023, produced before this Court, states that the services of the petitioner have been regularised without prejudice to the rights of the parties in the Review Petition, pending before the Supreme Court.

3. Though it has been vehemently contended by the petitioner that she has not been granted the benefits as per the orders of the Division Bench of this Court, we are not inclined to go into the said question for the present. Depending upon the outcome of the Review Petition pending before the Apex Court, the petitioner can work out her remedy in accordance with law.
