This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give protection to the petitioner and to the properties by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2019.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents.

3. It is seen that there is dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 7 herein. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent and the same has been transferred to the Inspector of Police, K-10 Koyambedu Police Station, Chennai.

4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the Inspector of Police, K-10 Koyambedu Police Station, Chennai is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2019 and after giving opportunities to the parties concerned and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition disposed of.
