ORDER

The petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of court for disobeying the order dated 3.7.2014 made in W.P.No.2086 of 2013. 2.

Admittedly, the eligible fees due to the petitioner has already been paid. It is also represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that if any further amount is due to the petitioner, as fees, he can make necessary representation to the Department concerned to whom the legal services have been rendered by the

counsel and if it is supported by the orders in each case, it would be considered on merits and the respondent has no hesitation to release the fees payable to him for the professional work if such professional work is rendered by the counsel.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law and with liberty to make appropriate representations to the Departments to whom he has rendered professional services.
