The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (B), 465, 466, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.17 of 2022, on the file 1/3

of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions submitted that this is the third anticipatory bail petition. However, in this petition, it is stated that it is the first anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition, is dismissed.
