J U D G M E N T

This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the Judgment and Decree rendered in A.S.No.19 of 2011 dated 29.07.2011 on the file of the Sub Court at Sathyamangalam reversing the Judgment and Decree made in O.S.No.226 of 2005 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Sathyamangalam dated 30.07.2008. 2.The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that as per the instructions of the trial Court Advocate, the entire Decree amount has been paid to the plaintiff and hence, nothing survives in the second appeal. He further submitted to dismiss the second appeal as not pressed. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Considering the aforesaid submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this second appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
